AcuSafe is proud to present a forum to share personal experiences about how facilities implement PSM, general safety practices, and other issues of interest to our readers.	Read what others have shared so far!

Stories/comments may be humorous or serious, but should not contain references to specific persons or companies. Postings are made anonymously, but will be edited per our guidelines. All accepted postings will be published on AcuSafe; some submissions will also be selected for inclusion in future newsletters. It is hoped that this informal, non-threatening way to share lessons learned will stimulate interest, and that it offers lessons learned for us all.
